I started OrWhateverYouDo.com in 2010 and haven't looked back since! We love family style big-batch cooking and getting outside as much as we can.

These Spicy Dynamite Rolls are a dupe of my favorite roll at my favorite sushi restaurant! We used salmon that we caught ourselves, fried up some tempura bits, and stuffed these rolls with krab salad, avocado, and cucumber. Then they get heaps of spicy salmon on top. I could eat a ridiculous number of these.
