When it cools off, I want dinner to be thick, hot, and good for leftovers. Today it’s our Traeger Shepherd’s Pie! We made it with chopped steak and ground beef, carrots, peas, and green beans in a red wine gravy, then topped it with mashed potatoes and baked it on the pellet grill. It makes a big batch, so you’ll have leftovers! You can build it the day before and bake it when you’re ready, which makes it a good one for company. No pellet grill handy? The oven works too.
