My Blackstone Mini Meatball Sub Bites are one of my favorite griddle appetizers! Bite-sized, dippable, and so easy to throw together! These would definitely qualify as a "heavy" appetizer, so if you need to keep people fed until the actual meal, you should try this recipe.
