The weather is getting cooler, but I’m still firing up the Blackstone for dinner. Today it’s our easy Blackstone Steak Udon. You just marinate sliced New York strip in Bachan’s, cook it with peppers and Chinese broccoli, then toss it all with chewy fresh udon and a spicy miso sauce. It takes about 20 minutes start to finish, and it makes great leftovers or meal prep. If your udon needs a little more time to loosen up, soak it in hot water for about 5 minutes before it hits the griddle. Fresh yakisoba noodles work too if you can’t find fresh udon.
